Accessibility Statement

Everyone should be able to browse the catalog, apply for an account, and place an order. Here’s where we stand and how to reach us if something gets in your way.

Our target

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. In practice that means things like sufficient color contrast, keyboard-navigable pages, labeled form fields, text alternatives for images, and respecting reduced-motion preferences.

What we’re doing

• Our pages include keyboard navigation, visible focus, and skip links.
• Forms use labels and instructions, and show errors when something needs attention.
• Motion can be paused and follows reduced-motion device settings.
• Our printable preparation guides also have web versions.

Known limits

We are still evaluating the site, including screen-reader use and the account and checkout flows. We do not yet claim full WCAG conformance. If a page is difficult to use, email us for help with product information or your wholesale application.
