Shipping policy

Dispatch and pre-orders

Nice Green ships from Venice, California. Our 40 g A1 Matcha and Hojicha retail pouches, and the Matcha + Hojicha Duo, are expected to ship in late October. Orders containing pre-order items ship together when they are ready.

US retail shipping

Standard shipping to California is $5 for orders below $65 and free for orders of $65 or more. Standard shipping to other US destinations is $8 for orders below $70 and free for orders of $70 or more. Express shipping is $15 where offered. Available methods and the final charge are shown at checkout.

Wholesale shipping

For US wholesale orders, standard shipping is $8 below $80, $10 from $80 to below $250, and free from $250. Available shipping methods and the final charge are shown at checkout.

Questions or changes

Contact hello@nicegreen.la with your order number. You can cancel a pre-order before dispatch for a full refund of any payment collected. For wholesale purchases, your approved payment terms apply.
