Whisked matcha

Tea, water and a little time with the whisk.

What you need

  • 2 g matcha
  • 60 mL water
  • 80°C / 176°F

How to make it

  1. Weigh and sift the matcha into a bowl.
  2. Add the measured water at 80°C / 176°F.
  3. Whisk briskly back and forth for about 15 seconds.
  4. Serve, taste and record your team’s preferred recipe.

Iced matcha latte

Whisk, pour and let the ice do its part.

What you need

  • 3 g matcha
  • 100 mL water at 80°C / 176°F
  • 100 mL cold milk or milk alternative
  • Ice to fit the glass

How to make it

  1. Sift the matcha into a bowl.
  2. Add the measured water and whisk for about 15 seconds.
  3. Put cold milk and ice into a glass.
  4. Pour in the matcha, stir and taste together.
