The basics

This site is operated by Nice Green™, a brand of Alcanah Partners LLC, 1631 Penmar Ave #1, Venice, CA 90291. By using the site or holding a wholesale account, you agree to these terms. Questions: hello@nicegreen.la.

Retail purchases and pre-orders

Retail payments are collected in full at checkout. The 40 g A1 Matcha pouch, 40 g Hojicha pouch, and Matcha + Hojicha Duo are available on pre-order and are expected to ship in late October. Your order ships together when its pre-order items are ready. Cancel before dispatch for a full refund by emailing hello@nicegreen.la with your order number.

Accounts

Wholesale purchasing requires a verified account. When you apply, you agree to give us accurate business information, keep it up to date, and keep access to your account secure. You're responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or close accounts that provide false information or misuse the program.

Wholesale Terms of Sale

These terms apply to every wholesale order placed through the site or arranged with us directly.

Verification

Wholesale purchasing requires an approved business account before pricing unlocks. We may ask you to confirm your seller's permit or resale number as part of verification. Wholesale purchases are for resale or business use, not personal consumption.

Pricing confidentiality

Wholesale prices are gated behind verified accounts for a reason: they're confidential. You agree not to publish, share, or disclose our wholesale pricing outside your business. We may update pricing from time to time; the price shown when you place an order is the price you pay for that order.

Payment

Orders are invoiced. Depending on your account terms, invoices are due on receipt or Net 30 from the invoice date. Payments are handled securely through Shopify checkout. Approved wholesale payment terms are shown on your order. Accounts with overdue invoices may be paused until the balance is settled.

Shipping

We ship from Venice, CA. All orders are FOB Los Angeles. Ownership and risk of loss pass to you when we hand the shipment to the carrier. We'll pick reliable carriers and pack tea properly, but transit delays and carrier damage are claims against the carrier. If something arrives damaged, tell us right away and we'll help you file the claim.

Order changes and cancellations

Matcha is milled and packed to order. You can change or cancel an order until it enters fulfillment. Email hello@nicegreen.la as soon as possible and we'll do our best. Once an order has shipped it can't be cancelled, and quality claims are handled under the returns policy below.

Returns and quality claims

Every batch we sell has a certificate of analysis (COA) and lab reports available on request. Email us with your batch number. If a product doesn't match its COA or arrives defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@nicegreen.la with your order number, the batch number, and photos where relevant. We'll replace the product or credit your account. Because this is a perishable food product, we can't accept returns for preference reasons once a package is opened.

The site itself

The optional business-search feature uses Google Maps. Use of that feature is subject to Google's Maps Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You can also enter your business details manually.

The text, images, and branding on this site belong to us. Don't copy it for commercial use without permission. We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it's provided as-is: product descriptions, availability, and specifications can change, and we may correct errors when we find them.

Liability

To the extent California law allows, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

Changes

If we update these terms, we'll change the effective date above and notify account holders of meaningful changes by email. Continuing to use your account after a change means you accept the updated terms.
