Pre-order cancellations

Cancel a pre-order before dispatch for a full refund of any payment collected. Email hello@nicegreen.la with your order number. Approved wholesale payment terms apply to wholesale purchases.

Returns and quality claims

Every batch we sell has a certificate of analysis (COA) and lab reports available on request. Email us with your batch number. If a product does not match its COA or arrives defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@nicegreen.la with your order number, the batch number, and photos where relevant. We will replace the product or credit your account. Because this is a perishable food product, we cannot accept returns for preference reasons once a package is opened.

Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled. If something arrives damaged, tell us right away and we will help you with the carrier claim.
