Teas from first harvest sourced from independent, family-owned farms in Kagoshima and Shizuoka.
We use lush, tender leaves from the first harvest of the year, prized for their naturally high amino acid content and rich, smooth taste. For A1, we carefully select the greenest leaves, removing stems and lesser leaves before milling.
Preparation
Use 2–3 g with 60 ml water at 75–80°C. Enjoy with water, or add milk and ice.
